Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center is the only university-based comprehensive cancer center and only NCI-designated cancer center in the region. With more treatment options and more clinical trials than most hospitals in the southeastern United States, Sylvester is advancing cancer care in the region and beyond â€" all in pursuit of your cure. Teams of physicians and scientists work together to move discoveries from Sylvester's labs to patients and out into the community. As the home to South Florida's only Phase 1 Clinical Trials program, Sylvester offers novel treatments and hope to patients with rare forms of cancer.
